Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase and use of the Torquepartz website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Delivery information
Orders will be despatched as soon as possible depending on stock levels. Next day delivery in the UK by 5.30pm.
Shipping costs (in most cases for larger items) is £10.00 to anywhere in the UK Mainland only, but can differ for large bulkier items. Shipping to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland incurs higher postage. For smaller items, delivery is by UK Post / Royal Mail — normal delivery times apply. Courier delivery by Interlink Express / DPD fully trackable.

Payment information
We use PayPal for secure online transactions.
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Amex is not accepted.
In some cases we reserve the right to charge the PayPal fees.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, depending on currency fluctuations.
Damaged goods policy
We pride ourselves on our packing, but damage sometimes occurs. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order should this happen. Please save all packing material just the way it was received.
Returns policy
In the rare event of our product reaching you in an unsatisfactory condition, you must notify us within 48 hours with a full description of the damage or issue. We will discuss options available to you and do our best to resolve any issues should they arise.
Warranty
The goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation. Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective goods.
Liability
Torquepartz is not liable for fitment errors. Always confirm specifications before ordering or contact us for advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
